Calculating Kinetic Energy?

You're conserving energy, and you're given the highest potential (200). Since you know that 200 J is the most energy possible, and that their will be a constant amount of energy present in the swing (it only changes from Kinetic to Potential, etc). So, you subtract 50 from 200 and get the KE as being 150 J at the lowest point in the swing.
