Why is it that I have always been attracted to the darker side of things?

When I was 3 my favorite movie was "It" and my idol through the ages of 3-7 was Wednesday Addams... and then eventually I wanted to be a vampire. I actually hoped as a child that I would become a vampire or hopefully, a witch (I secretly still want to be a vampire, shhh! Don't tell anyone). I was well known as being mischievous as a child and I have a morbid sense of humor. Even now, I tend to fed off of negative energy because it surprisingly, makes me LAUGH. I found movies like the 'Exorcise" at age 11 "funny". WTH? And it's not like I go moping around looking like some mall Goth, because I kind of look like a preppy/sweet girl. My favorite color is pink and I always wear nice pastel, bright colors with nice heels. Nice makeup and hair, but I'm like some sort of evil person, and surprisingly, I like that?!
