I feel that I don't need to worry...but still want to confirm.?

Its 28 today.I had my first experience of ual on 26.My man did not the too deep as I was experiencing pain in the process.We tried atleast 5 times.He d every time but never inside the to avoid pregnancy.I had last periods on 8 this month.As we did not use Condom, to be on the safer side I took an i-pill on 27.Now I want to know whether I am safe or not?What effect will the pill cause on my Menstrual Cycle?Does the lubricant from at the time of arousal contain any sperms...if the acts are done at difference of 1 hour?I will be 23 years old this January.
