Rent a house cheap in the uk?

we need to rent a 2bed house with garden (for 2 cats) we are retired man and wife.quiet.but we only get housing benefit, and we are now fed up of worrying month after month of not affording the rent, as rents go up all the time,and housing benefit doest!plus they only a pay 200 amonth of rent.Its made us both so ill with worry,we dont even enjoy any life. we would like a rural place if 1 is out there,for the rest of our lives.we are very quiet and capable of looking after a home really well.
