It's a very complex issue which neither I nor you have all the information about. Therefore, the only answer I can give you is that I think it sucks. I lived through the late Cold War period and I don't want to see that happen again. I can only hope that if it comes down to a nuclear exchange, the concept of mutually ured destruction will keep any itchy trigger fingers from decimating the entire human race.
