What is a way you can get a loan for your business?

im thinking of startin my own business but im buidling my credit back up cuase i had a bad expirence so my credit score is about 599 maybe 614 not sure but i want to get a loan to start my business but im not sure if it is the best time cause i dont want my score to go back down or does it go down? well also another question what is the best way to build my credit back up i need it atleast at a good steady number in 10 months cause i plan to move by then so if you could help me that would be great
