USPS delivery question?

USPS and UPS are two different places. If USPS (united states postal service) is delivering it then yes they will leave it at your door step. If UPS is delivering it then they will leave you a note on your door saying they failed to deliver your package and will leave a time for you to go pick it up from the UPS building.
