There is something like a cork board, but i can't figure it out....?

I'm trying to figure out what something is called.. It is something like a cork board where u can pin stuff to it with thumbnails. It is usually squishy and has pieces of ribbon crisscrossing through it. Its soft.....does anyone know the name of it?
