Should the Legal adult age be raised to 21 again?

Right now the Drinking age is 21 BUT the state Vermont ped a bill and it may be lowered to 18 very soon cause the bill is so if they lower it they wont take away highway funds.And the gambling age is being worked on to be 18.I dont know about other states cause it will be tough since I live in Georgia.I don think 18 year olds should vote or fight in war and it is not even mandatory to sign up.Is there anyway I can or anyone who get congress to repeal the 26th amendment to raise the age of adulthood to 21 since thats really when american society sees you as an adult.I am a minor so it really wont count plus I dont want people callin me and I dont wanna give my phone number.Can anyone contact their state legislater to try to.
