Should I quit dancing at my current studio?

My name is Maria and im 13 years old.I take dance at a small studio in Utah. I have made many friends there over the years. I started dancing there when i was 8. this year i started taking more cles and getting more involved with the competitions they have.When i got more involved i started to realize that the owner has many flaws. For one, she choose favorites, are stubborn, and only care about money. They also hired a new instructor who gives out homework and also picks favorites. My stepmom tried to talk to the owner about the homework and her picking favorites, but she started to yell at my mother and now the owner hates me. I want to quit but i dont know if i should since it feels like my home away from home and i have made so many friends! what should i do?
