Lexipro or any other SSRI takes at least 4 weeks to get acclimated to your system. You will not notice the intended results for at least 2 months. You have to give it time. I feel your pain. I was where you are at last year. I quit drinking,smoking and all my other bad habits and changed my life for the better. Now I eat right, exercise daily and I am 100% better for it. I take the smallest dose of Celexa/Lexipro and It helped tremendously.
