Is it normal to feel for someone like this?

Wow, that is exactly what my bestfriend is going through. You can't waste time with this guy. You can be his friend, but its just going to hurt you more and more each time you hang out with him. You could be looking for someone else, someone who will cherish and love you. Who knows when he finds out this girl really doesn't like him, he might realize that you were what he needed all along and he might come back to you.
