How do I get my CRUSH to NOTICE me?

I've been crushing on my brother's best friend for years. I have made moves on him and flirted with him and told him I liked him lots of times but nothing happened. He's now dating this really ugly chick. They've been dating for 3 years (she was my older brother's reject) and I don't understand. I'm smokin hot and she's so ugly and is weird and has nothing to offer, but I have everything. He's even seen me naked and he's still with her! What should I do?
