Find the Indefinite Integral. HELP! DUE VERY SOON!!!!?

I missed lecture when we were going over this in cl. Find the indefinite integral of e^x-e^-x/(e^x+e^-x)^5/2 dx. I know its u substitution, but again, I wasn't there so I don't quite understand. Could you please show the steps so I can do my other problems?
