I don't know maybe she's just trying to show him that he doesnt know what he is talking about. BUT TO MY MIND it means: He is an A$$hole not a nice person. She is dumb because it is important to her what he thinks. Who gives a flying F' what any man think. A woman should know that she is pretty no matter what another A'hole or B is saying about her.
