Charged with ault with deadly weapon (felony) and battery/ domescic violence?

most states proceed with charges even if the other person does not want to cooperate. if they subpoena him to go to court and he doesnt go, he will be arrested for not going to court and be charged for crimes also for not showing up. the question is what attorney can u afford? the charges u have are very serious with possible lengthy jail sentence. one thing you should get in now is counseling together. that will at least show the court that u are seeking help
