Can anyone Reccomend a Setup for taking Pictures of Small Objects?

Hello, I am looking to see if anyone can reccomend a setup for taking high res pictures of Small objects from above - such as mobile phones. Ideally there would be a camera on a tripod facing downwards or similar setup. Ideally the pictures would save immediately onto a computer rather than being downloaded manually. Also there would need to be plenty of light to prevent shadows. Budget is �200. Thanks! - Of and also ideally from a big brand name / store.
