Are hijabs/burkas/veils really necessary?

In my opinion, burkas and veils are UNNESCARY... To all Muslims on here: we live in a western society, yes we got to cover up but we dnt need to look like people wit bombs:D seriously. To answer your question we HAVE to wear a scarf, but not the other stuff. Even though were Muslims and wear scarves, we can still look cute and maybe even better than the people that dnt:)
